Report a Sighting

Birdline Central & Southern Queensland is a site for the reporting of rare or unusual birds outside their normal range, unusually high or low numbers, early or late arrivals or departures for migrant species and interesting behaviour or unusual habitat usage. Reports that do not meet any of the above criteria may not be published.

If there are any special site access issues relating to the sightings you are submitting (e.g. the birds are on private land and other birders will not be able to get access), please state this below.

Your email address will not be published on the web but is required in case further information on the sighting is needed.

Please ensure you have the right to copy any photograph that you upload.

Sightings are reviewed and published daily. Median time to publication over the past week is 2 days 2 hours 39 minutes.

If you select a site from the drop-down list your report will be published with a link to the corresponding eBird Hotspot report. If you provide an eBird checklist number, your report will be published with a link to the eBird checklist.
